It's Cookie Time!

Abbey sold Girl Scout cookies this year. She met her goal. Which we're very proud of. She worked really hard. She and her dad got them sorted out to be delivered Saturday afternoon while I was at my Girl Scout Leader Training meeting and Gracie and Lily took a nap. She is turning into quite a responsible little girl who will be 8 soon!!!

Silly faces

Here are all the kids Friday night. We had Beau stay all night with us. So, Kent brought home a pizza for them. They all decided to make mean/silly faces. I think Lily might have won with the meanest face. The kids had fun with Beau and it was nice for us because Beau kept them entertained. They're all getting so big.

New Hat

Here is Abbey sporting her new hat she got for Christmas. She is getting to be such a big girl.

Sooo Tired

Lily usually takes a nap on Sundays when we get back from Church. She didn't take one today so she was super tired. Here she is waiting at the island for her dinner... I tried to move her to the couch to lay down until we went upstairs. Of course, she woke up and wanted to eat before she laid down. She caught her second wind after that and has been going strong ever since.

Cool Socks

Lily dug out some socks that she got from Nana several years ago and she thought today would be a good day to wear them around. They are still just a bit big for her but she is having fun wearing them.

Princess Gracie

Gracie was sick all night Friday night. She has had a fever since then so she didn't get to go to church. She was VERY disappointed to say the least. So, I let her get dressed in her fancy dress and took pictures of her. That made it a little easier on her. Hopefully, she will be able to do school tomorrow!!

Oreo's Back Home

Mom dropped Oreo off at the vet for us on Wednesday morning so Oreo could get "fixed." Lily wanted to go with her to drop her off. Lily asked her why Oreo had to stay at the vet this time since every other time we take her to the vet we stay until the appointment is finished. Mom tried to explain in her "kid- friendliest"way. When I picked Lily up that evening from school she explained to me that Oreo was at the vet's office "learning how to not have babies." Oh my gosh, I had a hard time recovering from that one. Here is Abbey giving her some TLC after we picked her up today! Oreo is recovering nicely.

The Whole Gang

This was the best picture of the whole crew I could get. Lily is in there somewhere behind Gracie's enormous upside down angel wings!!

Angel Gracie

Gracie was the angel for the Christmas Program. She too did a great job. But, I put her angel wings on upside down. No wonder she had a hard time getting around on the stage. Here she is with Reagan who played the part of the wisewoman. They all did a great job!

"Mary and Joseph"

Abbey had the part of Mary in the Christmas Program. Here she and Brandon (AKA "Joseph") are speaking.

Lily's Part in the Play

Lily was a farm animal at the Manger for the Christmas Program. Here Uncle C.F. is pointing everyone in the right direction! I didn't get very many good pictures of her due to her being so small and getting behind everyone else.

The Christmas Program at Church

We finally got to have church on Sunday. So, all of the kids wore their Christmas outfits and performed their Christmas Program a couple weeks late. They all did a nice job and Annie was a great director.

New Year Family Pic

Abbey wanted to start the new year with a family picture. We got the camera all set up and figured out the timer and this is the end result. Hope all of you have a blessed, prosperous 2009!!

New Looks for a New Year!!

Abbey's new look.

Gracie showing off her new hair style.

Lily showing us her new short look!

As you can tell from the new header picture the girls all got hair cuts today at Cassandra's. They were all pretty excited about it when they left and were equally as excited when they got home.
